Bio

Cenk Özkacar is a central defender born in Izmir (Turkey) on 6 October 2000. He started his career playing for Bucaspor, Altinordu, Karacabey Belediyespor and Altay in his native country, standing out for his size and good ball-carrying abilities, and making his debut in the Turkish top flight at the age of 19.


Özkacar signed for Olympique Lyonnais in 2020 and, after a loan spell at OH Leuven in Belgium where he made 34 appearances, he joined Valencia CF in the summer of 2022. After impressing and establishing himself in LaLiga in his first season, the Club exercised their option to buy him which will see him join the Valencia CF first-team squad.


Cenk Özkacar is a full international for Turkey, having also featured for Turkey at U21 level.
