1.1- Social Purpose

The purpose of the Company is to participate in professional sports competitions of a professional nature namely in the modality of football, as well as the promotion, training and development of grassroots football through the football school. Likewise and with complementary character, usage of sporting facilities and rights of all kinds related or linked to the professional sports modality and the professional teams.

Additionally, VALENCIA CF have a Whistleblowing Channel, in order to report any breaches or activities contrary to the good practices that the company defends in its Code of Conduct. In compliance with the applicable regulations, Valencia Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. has deposited its Annual Accounts in the Mercantile Register before January 31, 2024. Likewise, it has also delivered them to the Superior Council of Sports (CSD) before October 31, 2023 and the Professional Football league (LFP), together with the rest of the economic-financial information, prior to November 30, 2023.
