Bio

Giorgi Mamardashvili is a goalkeeper born in Tbilisi (Georgia) on the 29th of September 2000. He joined Valencia CF in 2021 from Locomotive Tbilisi, a team he joined after a spell at FC Rustavi, where he made his debut in the Georgian league at the age of 18.


Despite his youth, Mamardashvili made his first-team debut for Valencia CF in August 2021 on the first matchday of LaLiga, making his debut with a win and a clean sheet against Getafe CF. In the Copa del Rey, his debut came in the first leg of the semi-final against Athletic Club in February 2022.  


Giorgi Mamardashvili is a full international with Georgia and has previously played at various youth levels for the Georgian national team (U21 and U17).
