Valencia CF has selected Aramark as a strategic partner for Nou Mestalla. The U.S. based multinational, specialized in gastronomic experiences and a global leader in the leisure and entertainment sector, becomes the Club’s trusted partner for the Food & Beverage area, taking over the full management of the stadium’s bars, as well as catering in the various hospitality spaces and the Fan Zone offering.
After winning a competitive process involving several leading companies in the sector, Aramark will implement its food and beverage services at Nou Mestalla from its inauguration in the summer of 2027. The company, working closely with Valencia CF to shape a top-level gastronomic proposal, will also bring its expertise from some of the best stadiums in the world to ensure efficient, high-quality operations adapted to different audiences, enhancing the fan experience.
Aramark will manage a total of 52 points of sale distributed throughout the stadium and will have infrastructure adapted to the characteristics of a state-of-the-art venue, including a 1,000 m² central kitchen, ensuring the highest quality, fast service, and responsiveness at every match and event. Without a doubt, these elements will make gastronomy a key feature of Nou Mestalla.
The stadium bars will feature an exclusive brand with its own identity, offering a food concept inspired by the high-street style but with touches of Mediterranean products and recipes, creating an authentic and close connection with fans. The company will provide a structured offering across different levels of experience, combining service excellence, carefully crafted culinary proposals, and an exclusive environment tailored to each event and customer profile. Moreover, the Fan Zone will become a themed and welcoming space designed as a meeting point for fans, families, and friends before each match, fostering community spirit and strengthening emotional ties with the Club.

This agreement will allow Valencia CF fans to enjoy the finest gastronomic offering at Nou Mestalla through numerous points of sale across the stadium, as well as in the Fan Zone, and will provide premium catering for the hospitality area. Innovation and technology will play a key role in guaranteeing the best service at every match and every event."
TECHNOLOGY AND SUSTAINABILITY: KEY ELEMENTS OF THE PROPOSAL
Technological innovation will be a fundamental pillar in enhancing the user experience at Nou Mestalla. Aramark will implement solutions to streamline service and optimize the purchasing process, such as self-service kiosks and payment systems, along with an autonomous store that, through artificial intelligence, will enable automatic payments in record time. All this will be complemented by the “Fan Aramark” platform, designed specifically for Valencia CF fans, offering detailed information about services, access to exclusive promotions, and the ability to place orders ahead of each match. These tools will improve efficiency and fan comfort, delivering a memorable experience.
One of the values shared by Valencia CF and Aramark is a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The new stadium has been designed to minimize its impact through efficient energy management, responsible use of materials, and sustainable space development. This philosophy aligns with Aramark’s Be Well. Do Well. program, which aims to reduce food waste, minimize the use of disposable packaging, and implement a sustainable gastronomic offering.

With this partnership with Valencia CF, Aramark not only expands its presence in major sports venues but also reaffirms its ability to lead the transformation of leisure spaces through innovative, sustainable, and user-focused solutions.
The company serves nearly 400,000 attendees per matchday across nine of the country’s main sports venues, including Spotify Camp Nou, Riyadh Air Metropolitano, San Mamés, RCDE Stadium, Benito Villamarín, and Nou Mestalla, catering to over 8 million spectators per year.
