CHRISTIAN MOSQUERA, NOMINATED FOR BEST UNDER-23 PLAYER FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL IN LALIGA EA SPORTS 23-24
Valencia CF defender Cristhian Mosquera has been nominated for the EA Sports LALIGA U-23 Player for the Month for April 23-24. The Valencia CF player continues to rack up recognition for his great season.
In addition to this nomination by LALIGA, the Spanish-Colombian footballer has also been included in the list of nominees for the Golden Boy a prize that distinguishes the best U-21 player in Europe- and in the list of the 2024 Football Draft Awards, which recognises the best Spanish young players.
Likewise, during this season he has managed to be the U-19 central defender with the most minutes played in the 5 big leagues (LALIGA, Premier League, Ligue 1, Serie A and Bundesliga) and, in addition, he has been in the starting line-up for more than a whole season, since matchday 8 of LALIGA EA Sports 23-24. In March, this great performance with Valencia CF also led him to debut with the Spanish Under-21 national team.
In the voting for the 'Best Under-23 Player for the month of April', Mosquera competes alongside Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid CF), Álex Baena (Villarreal CF), Hugo Álvarez (RC Celta Vigo) and Miguel Gutiérrez (Girona FC). The voting period ends next Sunday, 28 April, at 11:59 pm.
