Valencia CF pay tribute to season ticket holders with over 50 years of loyalty at Mestalla
The club presented a commemorative pin to 29 lifelong fans in recognition of their unwavering dedication to Valencia CF.
The insurance company, which serves over half a million policyholders, continues to show strong commitment to supporting those affected by the DANA flash floods.
Valencia CF has reached an agreement to renew Divina Seguros as the Club’s Official Insurer for the next two seasons.
As a leading insurer backed by the strength and experience of a business group with over 65 years of history, Divina Seguros provides essential coverage to more than half a million insured families.
As a Premium Plus Partner, Divina Seguros will maintain its presence on the sleeve of the official match and training shirts of the men's first team and the VCF Academy. Through this renewed agreement until 2027, the company strengthens its ties with Valencia CF and reaffirms its commitment to the Club and its fans, with whom it shares core values.
Armando Nieto, President of Divina Seguros, emphasized the importance of continuing to support Valencia CF: “We are renewing our partnership with Valencia CF for the next two seasons because over the past two years, the Club has shown us that despite its youth, it has the strength to overcome adversity and never give up, thanks to its drive for improvement, team spirit, and perseverance.”
For Nieto, the fans have also played a key role:
“When we decided to support Valencia CF again two years ago, we did so convinced that we were backing one of the best fanbases in LALIGA. And this has been evident in every match at Mestalla. With an average attendance of over 43,000 supporters, the fans have always stood by the team, especially during the toughest times, providing the support the Club needed.”
Javier Solís, General Director of Valencia CF, stated:
“Divina Seguros is a strategic partner for the Club, both on and off the pitch. We are truly proud to wear the name of a Valencian company with such a clear and committed corporate and social stance on our shirt sleeves for another two seasons. Their collaboration to help those affected by the DANA storm reflects the shared values of our joint project and is something to be proud of.”
AID FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY THE DANA
Divina Seguros has shown strong commitment to helping those affected by the DANA storm of October 29 through the solidarity initiative ‘UNITS COM SEMPRE’, led by Valencia CF and the VCF Foundation. Since its founding in 1957, the year of the great flood in Valencia, the company has carried a strong social mission, especially in response to natural disasters.
In recent months, the insurer has matched the largest financial donation made to the FILA CERO SOLIDARIA campaign (325,357 euros), which has been used to rebuild several of the football fields most affected by the disaster, thereby accelerating the revival of sports and educational activities for the affected children. In addition, it has provided free private healthcare coverage to children in the football schools of the affected towns and has set up a free, in-person psychological support service for children.
