200-not-out for Gameiro in LaLiga
Reaching 200 LaLiga appearances, Kevin Gameiro is the French player with the fourth most games in the top flight, behind only Griezmann (346), Benzema (337) and Luccin (239). A total of 52 of his double-century of league contests have been with Valencia CF, and VCF Media looks back at his best moments to date.
A first LaLiga goal
His first LaLiga goals arrived in his third game, on September 1st, 2013. Playing for Sevilla, he grabbed a brace against Malaga in a 2-2 draw.
A hat trick with a dedication
On two occasions he has scored a hat trick in LaLiga. The one for Atletico Madrid against Sporting Gijon is the most memorable of the pair, as his grandmother had passed away days before and he would dedicate each goal to her. The trio of strikes came in the space of the 80th to the 85th minute, during a 4-1 win.
Opening his account for Valencia CF
In August of 2018, Gameiro joined Valencia CF. His first goal for the club earned his team their first win of the season, against Real Sociedad at Anoeta (0-1). It was the first of several match-deciding goals from the French forward.

A brace in a derby fightback
His maiden brace for the club came in the Valencian derby against Levante UD, as the team came back from 2-0 down to win 2-4 at the Ciutat de Valencia.
