Valencia CF Juvenil A coach Miguel Ángel Angulo is excited about what lies ahead for his team in Grupo VII of the División de Honor category. The side junior side have won their last three league games, scoring 8 goals and not conceding in that time. With a tally of 15 points from the last 18 available, they are rising up the standings and now lie in third.
"We are closer to the top spots now; we are 5 points off the leaders and 3 behind the team in second place," Angulo told VCF Media this week. "We are in great form and I think that there is a chance of us qualifying for the Copa del Rey or even the Copa de Campeones, which would mean finishing top."

The former Valencia CF first team player, a two-time LaLiga winner with the club, knows what it takes to achieve success over the course of a season.
"Seeing the excellent attitude from the team and the style of play that the players are employing, I think that we have a big chance of being able to improve our position further. There are also many fixtures between the teams in first, second and fourth placed sides. Our last two games are away to Villarreal and at home to CD Roda, which are matches against direct rivals. If we are able to go into the final two fixtures still in the fight, then it could be in our hands and we can aspire to the highest ambitions."
Angulo is confident about the upcoming encounters for his team.
"I'm optimistic that we can take wins in our next four games (against Albacete Balompié, UD Alzira, Alboraya UD and Hércules CF) and go into the final two matches with a chance."
