Bcoach: "“in order to innovate we have to provide the solution before the need of the coach becomes apparent"

Bcoach, the most complete and intuitive App for football coaches, has had a strong impact on the VCF Academy since joining forces with the Valencia CF youth system. The CEO of the company, Rubén Mora, was one of the speakers at the 'Innovation in Sport' roundtable at the Innovation e-Workshop organized by the Valencia CF Business Club. There, he stressed that “in order to innovate we have to provide the solution before the need of the coach becomes apparent,” in addition to showing his satisfaction for having the support of Valencia CF, “the greatest ambassador for the city.”
Through the agreement reached, through which Bcoach has become Official Provider to the club until June 30th, 2022, the company's App is available to all men and women's teams at the VCF Academy
"This tool facilitates and streamlines the work of coaches, as well as helping them to solve the problem of time management and optimising communication between coach and players," said Mora.
“When a coach talks too much, a lot of information is lost, especially because there may be interference at that moment or the person who receives the information switches off. One of the keys to the tool is that it is aimed at facilitating the coach's communication with the player, which is ultimately what will give you success."
Mora continued by saying that "When you compete in a match, you try to achieve an improvement -and you already have your mind on how you are going to improve the next time around. In the case of Bcoach, our thinking would be how we are going to innovate. Our commitment is to offer continuous improvements that make the coach's job easier -and to innovate we have to listen to our client, providing the solution in advance of the coach's need."
After receiving validation from elite coaches in more than 60 countries, the next goal set out by the startup - which launched the App in January 2020 - was to partner Valencia CF and the VCF Academy.
They will also develop projects together that facilitate the training processes for the players, thus facilitating the daily work of the coaches. “Their commitment to Bcoach means a lot to us; Valencia CF are one of the biggest clubs in LaLiga, which is among the major powers in the football sector worldwide, as well as being the city's greatest ambassador,” he concluded Mora.
