Duro nominated for December's Player of the Month award

Hugo Duro has been nominated for December's Player of the Month award by LaLiga. The forward has enjoyed excellent recent form with Valencia CF.

Valencia CF have won the three LaLiga games they have played in December (against Celta Vigo, Elche CF and Levante UD) and Hugo Duro has played an important role in this run. He scored an equaliser in Vigo and won a penalty in the derby.

Joining him on the shortlist for the prize are Eder Militao (Real Madrid), Lucas Ocampos (Sevilla FC), Álvaro García (Rayo Vallecano), Damián Suárez (Getafe CF), Jorge Molina (Granada CF) and Juanmi Jiménez (Real Betis)

The winner of the Player of the Month award will be decided by fan votes, and announced in the coming weeks.
