Gómez, Guedes and Musah join the list of VCF participants for Qatar 2022

Maxi Gómez, Gonçalo Guedes and Yunus Musah join the list of Valencia CF players whose national teams have qualified for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

All three did so during the current round of international fixtures.Gonçalo Guedes participated last Tuesday in the victory against North Macedonia that qualified Portugal for the World Cup. Maxi Gómez, meanwhile, celebrated qualification with Uruguay after their win against Peru. Finally, Yunus Musah and the United States made it through with their result against Costa Rica.

Previously, José Luis Gayà and Carlos Soler (Spain), Uros Racic (Serbia) and Jasper Cillessen (Netherlands) played a part in their respective countries booking their place in the competition.
