INFORMATION ON COPA DEL REY TICKET PURCHASE

Valencia CF will have 20,757 tickets available for the Copa del Rey final against Real Betis, which will be played on April 23rd at the Estadio de la Cartuja in Seville. Given this special event, and aware that demand is greater than supply, the club will prioritise the purchase of tickets by members.

CRITERIA FOR TICKET PURCHASE

There are two criteria that must be met in order to apply for tickets:

1. Attendance: To have attended at least 80% of Valencia CF’s matches at Mestalla this season since membership was activated. Matches from all competitions (LaLiga and the Copa del Rey) will be taken into account, a total of 12 matches from LaLiga Matchday 10 against RCD Mallorca to Matchday 27 against Granada CF (both included)*.

*The club will count the games against RCD Mallorca and Villareal CF as attended.

2. Time as a season ticket holder: To have a minimum of eight consecutive years as a season ticket holder (since the 2013/14 season or earlier)**.

Those who meet the criteria can access to buy a ticket. To speed up the process and avoid surplus, there will be no draw. Close to 95% of members who meet these criteria will have a ticket assured, as long as it is purchased before the deadline.

**The club maintained season ticket history during the pandemic.

INFORMATION ON TICKET PURCHASE

-Each season ticket holder who meets the requirements will have the opportunity to buy 1 ticket.

-To sit next to your eligible friends or family, groups of up to ten tickets may be bought together at the time of purchase***. To do this, they must be bough together in the same operation (it will be necessary to provide the ID/PIN of each season ticket holder). Tickets will be automatically assigned in order of purchase.

-Tickets are nominative, but the season ticket holder does not necessarily have to be the attendee. The season ticket holder may indicate the name of another person when purchasing the ticket. Once the purchase is made, it will no longer be possible to make name or data changes because the name will be printed on the ticket. In no case will name changes be made to the tickets, neither the days before nor on the day of the final.

-Due to security regulations set by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), tickets will be printed on specific paper. Due to the properties of this paper, one must take extreme precautions and keep it in a safe place until the day of the final so that the printed information is not damaged.

-Tickets must be collected at the Mestalla ticket office from April 11th, at the area marked on the purchase receipt.

-Once the purchase has been made, tickets will not be regrouped, whether they are in the same area or if they are in different areas of the stadium.

HOW ARE TICKETS PURCHASED?

1. Ensure that you have everything ready for purchase. You will need:

a. Your season ticket and those of all who will purchase a ticket.  

Remember that each season ticket holder who meets the requirements will have the opportunity to buy only one ticket. In the event that you are going to go to the stadium accompanied by other season ticket holders who meet the requirements, you can purchase your tickets together by doing so in the same purchase. To do this, you will need to enter their season ticket holder ID as well.

b. Your PIN: Unless you have changed it, this is the last 4 numbers of the DNI of the season ticket holder, and that of other season ticket holders who may accompany you.

c. Details of the person who may use the ticket: Name, Surname and ID.

d. Credit or debit card details

2. Access the purchase platform through the link that we will publish in the coming days. Remember that the purchase deadlines are from April 5 to 8th, or while supplies last.

a. Select the tickets in the area tha you want. The seats will be allocated automatically by order of purchase

b. Validate your season tickets. Insert you season  ticket  holder ID number and click on validate.

When you see a ✅ click on the ticket you wish to validate.

The ticket selected will turn green.

If you have selected more than one ticket, you must repeat the validation process for all the tickets (with a different ID and PIN each time) until they are all tinted green.

c. Fill in the details of the buyer.

Introduce details of those who will attend the game.  

d. Continue the process to the end. Remember that you must enter your credit/debit card details to complete the purchase.

e. Once you have purchased your ticket, you must go to the Mestalla ticket office on the days indicated on the purchase receipt. You must present the ID of the ticket holder and the purchase receipt for all the tickets to be collected.

f. Ticket collection: On the receipt that you will receive in your email when purchasing the ticket, you will see on which day you will have to go to the Mestalla ticket office to collect your ticket. You must bring your ID and printed purchase receipt along. All tickets will be collected together

- Tickets cannot be reprinted on the day of the final, nor the days before..

*** As tickets are automatically allocated by order of purchase, it could be possible that multiple tickets purchased together could be allocated in different rows.
