Intense Tuesday training in double session

Shooting drills and strength work start the day for Valencia CF

The workplan for the week for Valencia CF included a double session at the Ciudad Deportiva on Tuesday. The morning workout featured strength circuits on the pitch, accompanied by shooting drills.

A new season is drawing ever closer, and made even more of a reality with the release of the LaLiga calendar on Monday. Valencia CF will play a derby against Levante UD on the opening day of the campaign.

Denis Cheryshev, Mouctar Diakhaby and Geoffrey Kondogbia participated in the session with complete normality. The players selected for international duty by their respective countries were not present.
