Javi Guerrra named ambassador for VCF World Cup II edition

The II VCF Academy World Cup 2023 will have a luxury ambassador who will delight the players from all over the world who will take part in this international U12 tournament organised by Valencia CF at the Ciutat Esportiva (+INFO) from 29 June to 2 July.

Gilet midfielder Javi Guerra is in charge of acting as ambassador in this second edition of the tournament and transmitting a message of welcome to the different teams so that they can enjoy a great experience in this small-scale World Cup.

"For me it is a great honour to be an ambassador of this II VCF Academy World Cup. I hope you enjoy the experience in Valencia wat the Ciutat Esportiva del Valencia CF where I train and compete every day," he said.

Javi Guerra is a reference of what all young players aspire to achieve: to train in one of the best academies at international level to end up competing in professional football, as he has achieved by being a starter and protagonist in the final stretch of the championship with Valencia CF.

In this final stretch of the season Javi Guerra has been one of the sensations of LaLiga, especially with the goal he scored in stoppage time against Real Valladolid that unleashed emotions at the Camp de Mestalla.

The young players arriving from America, Asia and different parts of Europe to take part in the II VCF Academy World Cup have a mirror to look up to in Javi Guerra, who has signed a Valencia CF shirt that will be worn by the best player of the II VCF Academy World Cup.

The competition will take place from 30 June to 2 July at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna, where there will be a real whirlwind of matches spread across the different 8-a-side pitches at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna.
