Valencia CF goes eight games unbeaten
A positive run of form marked by the ‘Mestalla factor’ and the team’s great effort and hard work
What better ambassador for Georgia than Giorgi Mamardashvili. And no one better than the Valencia CF goalkeeper to give advice and encouragement to the Fundació VCF Cadete players who will be taking part in the Batumi Cup in Georgia this weekend.
Before leaving for Georgia, players and coaching staff of the Fundació VCF Cadete had a meeting with the Valencia CF goalkeeper, international with Georgia, who wished them luck and encouraged them to enjoy the football experience in this Batumi Cup and the cultural experience in his country.
Batumi Cup
The Fundació VCF Cadete will travel to this city, on the shores of the Black Sea, to participate in a Batumi Cup that from 28 October to 1 November brings together the main Georgian teams and other European clubs such as Valencia CF, AZ Alkmaar or Olympique de Marseille among others.
The team coached by Ray Henric Coll will try to show the competitive level they are offering in the Autonomous League and that the season already showed in other international tournaments with the MLS Next in the USA or the Al Jazira U15 International Cup in the United Arab Emirates.
The Fundació VCF Cadete matches can be followed on the Batumi Cup youtube channel.
