Match preview: The Valencia derby

History: 

Valencia CF will welcome crosstown opposition Levante UD in the Valencia derby on Sunday 30th of April at 6:30 pm kick-off time at Mestalla on Matchday 34. 

Valencia CF have crossed paths with Levante UD on 81 times on home turf with an impressive balance of 57 wins, 15 draws and 9 losses across all competitions.  

The reverse fixture was an eventful seven goal thriller with Carlos Soler and Gonçalo Guedes at the double for Valencia CF that saw Valencia CF come away with a 3-4 away win at the Ciutat de València on Matchday 18.  

Valencia CF will try to bounce back from their cruel defeat in the Copa del Rey final last week at the expense of their neighbours Levante UD in the Valencia derby aiming to finish the season as high up table as possible.
