VCFF are gunning to take their opening home win in their upcoming fixture at home against CD Santa Teresa CD on Saturday November 7th at the Antonio Puchades behind closed doors at 5:30 pm kick-off time on matchday 7 of the Primera Iberdrola.
VCFF have collected six points from their opening five matches and they are coming off the back of back to back draws against Athletic Club and EDF Logroño. Jose Bargués’side will be looking for an upturn in their fortunes.
Santa Teresa CD are a strong side away from home having come away with the win from their two outings thus far Real Betis Féminas (1-2) and Deportivo Abanca (1-2). On the contrary, VCFF have only picked up two points at home against the likes of Real Madrid women and Athletic Club by the same scoreline in both fixtures 1-1 having to come back from behind.
Paula Guerrero runs the rule over VCFF
VCFF full-back Paula Guerrero previewed the home game against Santa Teresa CD.
“We’ve been working to take all three points over these last few weeks, and taking all three points at home once and for all would be really wonderful. This year given the circumstances, we’ve got great depth in the squad so that any player can contribute at any time”.
