VCF Femenino took the lead in the third minute when Anita Marcos headed home from Macarena Portales' cross.
The goal gave Jesús Oliva's team a boost, and they were constantly on the ball in Sporting Club de Huelva's area.
Antonio Toledo's side struggled to get into the game. Before the first hour, they did have a couple of close attempts at Enith's goal, but without any real consequences.
Alas, Sporting Club Huelva equalised in the 34th minute from the penalty spot. Goal by L. Ballesté. The equaliser balanced the dominance with both sides getting into the final third.
At 1-1, the first half came to an end. The second half started with Valencia CF Femenino going forward, with M. Portales playing a key role on the left flank in partnership with Fiamma. Meanwhile, Enith kept out Antonio Toledo's side who had a few dangerous forays forward.
With 15 minutes plus extra time remaining in the 90th minute, M. Portales hit the crossbar with a shot and Chelsea had three successive chances inside Chelsea's six-yard box.
Valencia CF kept pushing for the equaliser. Alas, Hmíróva made 1-2 to Sporting Club Huelva in injury time.
