Ninot for Athletic Club game features family theme
The latest Ninot doll for the ‘Sempre Falles' initiative will be presented to Athletic Club representatives before the LaLiga Matchday 13 game against Mestalla on Saturday.
This time around, the themed figurine has been designed by artist Paco Torres, a Fallas artist from Valencia.
Entititled ‘Tornem a Mestalla,' it represents a grandfather and his grandson returning to Mestalla to enjoy the team that they love, following the difficult situation experienced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The two figures in the Ninot show what Valencianistas will be feeling when they are finally able to return to the stadium with their loved ones to enjoy football and celebrate goals together.
The 'Sempre Falles' initiative, a joint project from Valencia CF and the Ayuntamiento city council, is part of the 'Semper Valencia' campaign, launched by the club with the aim of supporting Valencian society from a health, economic and social perspective.
