Noelia Gil will remain tied to Valencia CF Femenino for one further season, until June 30th, 2022.
The 27-year old goalkeeper, born in Madrid on May 23rd signed for Valencia CF Femenino last season. Both Noeila and the club wanted to remain tied for one season further in which the goalkeeper has showcased her experience and reliability between the posts across the 11 appearances.
Noelia Gil: “I’m very happy and excited about continuing another year this team want to go further and it’s a personal challenge for me to continue improving in the top flight and having more minutes under my belt and Valencia CF is the right club to do so”.
The goalkeeper started off at eight years of age in the Atletico Madrid youth system were she spent 15 seasons. In 2010 she made her top flight debut and played for one and a half season. In 2016 she joined UD Granadilla, where she played for a season and a half and subsequently made a move to Málaga in the summer of 2019 before signing for VCF Femenino.
