The Board of Directors of Valencia Club de Fútbol, S.A.D., in a meeting on Thursday, September 30th, has agreed to propose a capital extension, to be approved in the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders -the date of which will be announced shortly.
All information related to the aforementioned extension will be communicated in a timely manner.
This capital increase has the objective of strengthening the financial position of the entity, in order to face challenges in the present and future in a solvent manner.
