Parejo breaks into Top 10 appearance list for Valencia CF

In his ninth season at Valencia CF, Dani Parejo has moved into the Top 10 for official appearances for the club, reaching the figure of 369 by playing in the game against Atalanta. The VCF captain shares the spot with Fernando Giner, whilst Fernando Gómez holds the record with 533.

Parejo featured for the entire 90 minutes of the Champions League Last 16 first leg, accompanying Geoffrey Kondogbia in the midfield at San Siro. He has played 30 times already this season, between LaLiga, Copa del Rey and European competitions.

Of his 369 games in a Valencia CF shirt, 269 have come in the Primera División, 45 in the Copa del Rey, 28 in the Champions League, 26 in the Europa League and 1 in the Spanish Supercopa.
