Pepelu: "We're on the right path and we'll try to claim all three points at a tough ground like San Mamés"

The Dénia-born midfielder shared his satisfaction following the 2-0 home win over Cádiz CFon Matchday 10 of LaLiga EA  Sports. The Dénia-born midfielder has been a permanent fixture since his arrival at the club.  

Claiming all three points after the international break    

We were on a four-match winless run and we came into the game looking for the win. The break has helped us to have further players available and today, back at Mestalla we are pleased with the three points.     

Impressive start to the game 

 We are aware that we play a high-energy brand of football right from the off and we'd talked about it during the week and leading up to kick-off. The start to the game has been superb with Gayà's opener and then the game really went our way, but that is thanks to our work.   

Fine Gayà finish 

I told him that we didn't know how he'd done it, he was smirking. But I'm happy for him because it's important that he scores even more so coming back from injury.  

Settled and enjoying myself 

I feel comfortable on a daily basis and that shines through on the pitch which is also thanks to my teammates because they make it really easy for me, they have bags of energy. Let's hope it's the start of something good.  

Robert Navarro's sending off 

 These things happen in football. It's like any other challenge. Robert wanted to go for the ball and unfortunately, he clipped me on the ankle, but I am fine.
