Racic's full debut for Serbia

Uros Racic made his full international debut for Serbia on Wednesday, starting in their victory against Northern Ireland at the start of the road to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Igor Gluscevic, his agent and a close confidant, spoke to VCF Media Radio on behalf of his client, saying that "this is a huge step, bearing in mind that he is a 23-year-old player in Serbia's midfield where there is a lot of competition for places."

The growth that the midfielder has undergone this season at Valencia CF has not gone unnoticed in his homeland. Several standout performances have attracted the attention of the national team setup.

“He is very happy about the victory and looking forward to the next challenge, which is the match against Portugal," added Glusevic.
