Ranieri to coach Valencia CF Legends in Centenary game
Claudio Ranieri has been chosen as coach of the Valencia CF Legends for their Centenary game this Sunday, in which they will play a team of Spanish national team legends at Mestalla (6pm CET)
The Italian coach led VCF to a Copa del Rey, UEFA Intertoto Cup and European Supercup during his two tenures at the club, and is currently coach of AS Roma in his homeland, having returned to the capital earlier this month.
He will be in charge of such illustrious names as Mario Kempes, Amedeo Carboni, Miroslav Djukic, Javier Subirats, Vicente, Kily González and more. Some 200 players will be in action in the game, which costs just 7 euros to attend.
