Sean Bai's message, Valencia CF's general director, about the new stadium
Good afternoon,
Today is a special day. Why special? Because we are ready to present to you details of a very exciting project for the club, community and city. Why exciting? Because we have been working very hard on this project that everyone will be proud of.
Today, we will present to you our Nou Mestalla project. It is the first time that we are presenting this project publicly and we believe that it is a great opportunity that will bring much excitement to Valencia and the people.
Completing the new stadium is of great importance to the club and fans. At the same time, it will be a catalyst for the economy and activity for the city. Many of us pass through this area and see the existing structure everyday. All of us have the same question: How will it look like and what will it bring to the fans and city? Later on, we will bring all of you on a visual tour of what you can expect to see and experience in the near future.
Our intention is to finish the stadium as soon as possible and in the best conditions, so that the city and the club have new facilities that we can all enjoy together. For many of us, this will be a special place where we watch matches with our fellow Valencianistas, a place where we eat with our families, a place where we can participate in many activities that where we can create new memories with our friends. Nou Mestalla will become a special place in the city but also an important place in our lives.
Once again, to finish, I want to publicly express the excitement and commitment of the club to complete the Nou Mestalla – a place for the people, a place for our club, and an important landmark in Valencia city.
Thank you very much.
