Soler: "It was a special day because of the return of the fans"
Carlos Soler talked after the 4-1 win against Eibar at Mestalla, in which he contributed two goals.
The return of the fans
"It has been a special day due to the return of the fans. Hopefully next season more people can come and the Mestalla can be full."
The effect of the fans
"I didn't think that 5,000 fans in attendance would be so noticeable, but the difference is a big one. Their support was felt, whether that was in the celebrations for the goals or when we went out to warm up. It is special for them and for us too. Today I was able to invite my friends, my brother, his girlfriend... I was able to dedicate the goals to them -and also to those who have come here and to those who have left us during the pandemic."

Ending the season with victory
"It is always important when the fans return to Mestalla after so long away. We are thinking about the next LaLiga game and ending the season with a victory. Then we will rest and come back stronger next season."
A question of hard work
"Everything is a question of hard work, but I wish that our work had served as useful for something else for the team. It has been a difficult season and we did not want it to be that way. On a personal level, I'm happy with my numbers for the season, and I hope they can be of more help to the team in the future."
