Valencia CF welcome the women’s K4-500 world champions
The Valencian canoeist attended the match against RCD Mallorca at Mestalla
Carlos Soler's spectacular goal this past Sunday against FC Barcelona was one of the best Valencia CF goals of the season, struck from more than 26 metres out with power, effect and precision. Whilst it was not enough to earn his team points in the LaLiga Matchday 34 encounter, it was yet another display of quality from the VCF Academy product.

It was also reminiscent of the goal he scored against the team's next LaLiga opponents, Real Valladolid, in the 0-1 victory at the Nuevo José Zorrilla back in January.
Soler is emerging this season as Valencia CF's form marksman, with goals from inside and outside the area and a specialism for free kicks and penalties. He is the club's top scorer in 2020/21, with 9 goals, and also the top assist provider with 6.
Since his debut in December of 2016 against Real Sociedad, Soler has racked up 21 goals and 24 assists in the 180 official matches he has played with Valencia CF, in LaLiga, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, the Copa del Rey and Spanish Supercopa.
