Soler: "The draw is a fair result"
Carlos Soler talked to VCF Media at full-time in the 0-0 draw against Getafe CF.
A close match
“We dropped two points that would have helped us to get closer to the European places. We came into this game from two wins and we had gained confidence. We kept a clean sheet, which is also important. It's a point that we have make count against Elche CF on the next matchday."
A fair result
“The team competed at all times and it's not easy here. It is a pity that we didn't take the three points. We have to try to get into the opposition area more and generate more danger, which we found hard today. It was a very close match and the draw is a fair result."
The fight for europe
"We have the cup final route. It's a final for a trophy and to get into Europe. There are many points to play for in LaLiga. We're not that far away. We have to keep fighting for it."
The next match against Elche CF
"Elche CF come into that game off getting the victory today at Granada CF. They have taken three points that are good for their survival chances. That victory could give them confidence, but we will try to win there."
The support of the fans
"Valencia CF are a very big club, with an enormous fanbase. Many came to support us today. We are very happy; we weren't able to give them victory but we hope to do so against Elche CF."
