This spring, Valencia CF and HBO MAX have brought the two most famous bats in the world together for the first time, for the launch of the movie THE BATMAN on the streaming platform.
The campaign began with the publication of a mysterious post on Valencia CF's social networks, showing a letter addressed to "Batlencia." it continued to generate expectation with a new publication, in which an enigmatic manuscript could be seen in the dressing room at Mestalla.
The posts provoked numerous reactions with the hashtag #Batlencia, the vast majority of them coming from users who wondered who was behind the message. It also had repercussions in the media.

The puzzle was solved with the revealing of a spectacular canvas in Plaza de Manuel Sanchís Guarner in Valencia, AKA 'Pink Panther square,' on which 'EL MURCIÉLAGO NOS UNE/THE BAT UNITES US' was written, welcoming THE BATMAN to HBOMAX. However, this would not be the last surprise of the campaign.
The largest canvas in Spain
HBO MAX and THE BATMAN had a presence in the Fan Zones at the Copa del Rey final, both in Valencia and Seville, but the finishing touch for the campaign was the spectacular canvas at Mestalla, the largest in Spain.
The giant bat on the front of the stadium is aligned with Batman's chest, and includes the message "Welcome to Batlencia."
