The defender speaks after the 1-1 draw
The Amunt World campaign and the various food drives run at Mestalla this year, in collaboration with the Banco de Alimentos, have been a successful initiative helping feed those in need during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This week, a new facet has been added to the campaign. The Asociación de Empresarias y Profesionales de Valencia (EVAP) devised the A_provecho project to make use of foodstuffs that are normally thrown away as waste, having not been sold.
Edible products have been turned into fantastic meals by three prestigious Valencian chefs: Mª José Martínez from El Lienzo; Miriam de Andrés from La Sucursal and Alejandro del Toro.
The menu was provided to hundreds of people in a delicate situation, as the social commitment to helping those in need continues.
