The Lunar New Year or Chinese New Year is one of the most important celebrations in all Chinese communities around the world. Once again, Valencia CF join this great international celebration, which marks the start year of the Water Rabbit.
Two of the most important players of the team , José Gayà and Edinson Cavani, feature in the greetings in collaboration with Sailun Tyres, the Club's partner.
Likewise, Justin Kluivert sends a very special message.
All of these greetings are based on the rabbit sign, a sign that is widely accepted by people, as those born under this sign are prudent, intelligent, affable, discreet, foresighted, attentive and benevolent.
Another important highlight of the Valencianista celebration of the Lunar New Year will be the launch of a limited edition shirt with a special commemorative patch. This garment will be used for a unique giveaway in China.
To round off the celebration, activations and social media content will be carried out in collaboration with LaLiga's office in China.
It is worth noting that the Chinese New Year celebrations are observed over four days (in this case 22, 23, 24 and 25 January), both in the Asian country itself and in the rest of the communities worldwide.
They are deemed to be the most important days of the year and the only public holidays, thus making them a time for family visits and gatherings.
