The VCF Academy is further broadening its horizons for 2021/22, integrating formative level women's football into its structure. All the women’s teams that form part of the VCF Academy will train at the same facilities from next season, under the coordination and supervision of the VCF Academy coaches.
The objective, continuing the vision of the club to place emphasis on the VCF Academy, is to help better prepare women's football teams. In this way, the teams will have better resources available and more assistance for their development.

The new working structure will also facilitate coordination between all of the departments of the VCF Academy, and will allow the use of the same methodology and foundations for growth amongst all teams.
The VCF Academy will reveal more details regarding the integration of women's football in its structure in the coming days.
