Duro: “We have shown that we can and must keep going"

The striker talks to VCF Media
Hugo Duro spoke to the media after the match against Deportivo Alavés on LaLiga Matchday 34 at Mestalla.
Time to improve
The most important thing is ourselves, and I don't think we played well. You have to accept it and work hard. If we start talking about things that do not concern us, I think we are going to wear ourselves out more. It's already tiring. Let's get back to work tomorrow and go for Rayo.
A lack of effectiveness
Football is defined by what happens in the areas. We had two chances in the opposition box that we missed. They had one and they put it in. That's football.
The disallowed goal
Those don't surprise me at all. But I can't speak about it because otherwise you get suspended. We'll try to beat Rayo.
Fighting until the end
I think we are having a phenomenal season and we ourselves cannot tarnish this season which has been good. If we finish this year badly, I won't feel good about it. We have shown that we can and must keep going. There's little time left, it's a last effort that is required. The fans and the players deserve to finish well and we have to live up to these expectations.
