Coaches from the VCF Academy Canada provided training in Montreal with 100 coaches, in collaboration with the Lac ST Louis Soccer Association

Valencia CF continues to expand geographical boundaries and knowledge in the world of football. A delegation of VCF Academy coaches and VCF Academy Canada coaches recently provided training to around one hundred coaches, in collaboration with the LAC ST Louis SoccerRegional Association of Montreal (Canada) and various local clubs.

Over two days, VCF Academy Canada coaches Isma Fayos and Paco Juarros, together with Vicente Roch, Coordinator of the VCF Academy Programs, participated in theoretical and practical training sessions to present the working methodology of the VCF Academy.

“Thanks to this symposium, the academies can have a modern point of view on how to take playing and training ideas to the pitch,” says Roch.

"The need to forge an identity to be able to create one's own style is something that can help the clubs here in Canada a lot, since football is growing a lot, and despite not being the number one sport, every day they have the desire to improve and adapt,” explains Roch.

“One of our objectives as VCF Academy Canada is to share our knowledge with all parties interested in youth football” explains Chafik Mihoubi, Operations Director for the VCF Academy Canada.

“We are very proud to have had the opportunity to share our methodology and our philosophy with our colleagues through the Lac St. Louis Soccer Regional Association.”
