Valencia CF present PSV Eindhoven with commemorative print inspired by Joaquín Sorolla

Valencia CF and PSV Eindhoven held an institutional exchange of gifts before the start of the third preseason match of the summer, played on Saturday at the Phillips Stadion.

The president of Valencia CF, Layhoon Chan, presented Marcel Brands, general manager of PSV Eindhoven, with a commemorative print inspired by the paintings of Joaquín Sorolla. The club paid tribute to the legacy of the Valencian painter throughout the 2023/24 season on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his death.

The institutional meeting took place in the room named after Guus Hiddink, former coach of Valencia CF in the 1990s, and was attended by the legendary Valencia CF midfielder in the eighties, Frank Arnesen -now advisor to PSV Eindhoven.
