Valencia CF player, José Luis Gayà, is scheduled to travel to Turku (Finland) on Monday, October 14, to be examined by Dr. Lasse Lempainen, who operated on him on May 28 for a muscle and tendon rupture of the rectus femoris quadriceps muscle in his left leg. The Valencia CF captain will travel to Finland with Dr. Pedro López Mateu, director of the Valencia CF Medical Department.
After completing the recovery process at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna and working a few days ago with the rest of the squad, the Valencia CF medical services expect that, after this review, the captain will be medically cleared to return to compete under the orders of Rubén Baraja.
