The Valencia CF coach held a meeting with the 60 coaches participating in the 3rd VCF Academy Coaches Convention
“Football always presents us with challenges; we have to be ready to overcome them.” This direct message was conveyed by Valencia CF coach Carlos Corberán to the nearly 60 coaches participating this week in the third edition of the VCF Academy Coaches Convention, which brings together coaches from different countries where Valencia CF runs its VCF Academy Programs.
Coaches from Mexico, Canada, Lithuania, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, and Saudi Arabia had the opportunity to meet with Carlos Corberán, who showed interest in their work in their respective countries. He thanked them for attending at Valencia CF’s Ciutat Esportiva and encouraged them to continue their training process to be prepared for the challenges that football presents.

The goal is to deepen the identity of the VCF Academy and to explore how to adapt the values that define the VCF Academy to each context, preparing players not only to compete at the highest possible level but also to proudly represent Valencia CF’s identity anywhere in the world.
In these theoretical and on-field practical sessions, participants in the III VCF Academy Coaches Convention—divided into three training levels—also had the opportunity to directly ask their most specific questions to the coaching staff of VCF Juvenil B and VCF Juvenil A, as well as take part in various sessions with the departments of Methodology, Identity, Analysis, Physical Preparation, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
