VCF Inclusivo celebrates its 10th anniversary with a tournament at Mestalla and an exhibition in the VIP box
The team began its journey in the 2016–17 season
VCF Inclusivo is celebrating its 10th anniversary this season (2025–26) since it began its journey in the 2016–17 campaign alongside Valencia CF through the Fundació VCF.
As of today, there are 65 players with intellectual disabilities (ID), under the guidance of 11 coaches and grouped into four teams: Blanc, Negre, Taronja, and Senyera.
To mark the 10th anniversary, and as a starting point, the Club will hold two tribute events this March (with more surprises planned until the end of the season): a special tournament at the Mestalla Stadium on Wednesday, March 25; and a historical exhibition about the life of VCF Inclusivo in the VIP box at Mestalla from that same day, as part of the Mestalla Tour.
The tournament will take place between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (invitation-only access) and will feature 12 teams: the four VCF Inclusivo sides (Blanc, Negre, Taronja, and Senyera), as well as Villarreal CF EDI, Levante UD EDI, CD Eldense Genuine, Elche CF Genuine, Fundació Barça, Athletic Club Fundazioa Genuine, Córdoba CF Genuine, and SL Benfica Foundation.
