First contact between Lucas Piccinato and the Valencia CF Women’s squad and the Puchades Stadium

Valencia CF Femenino's new head coach, Lucas Piccinato, arrived at VCF training facilities on Friday and had his first meeting with the Valencia CF Women’s squad and had the opportunity to familiarise himself with the Estadi Antonio Puchades, the team’s home ground.

Speaking to Valencia CF, the Brazilian coach made his intentions clear:

“I’m very happy to be at a great club. I understand that we are in a difficult situation, but only by working together can we get through it. In Brazil, Valencia CF is regarded as one of the most important teams in Spain. We have 21 finals ahead of us in the competition, and we will give everything we have. That is the mentality we need. We are going to need everyone, including the fans.”
