From New Zealand to Valencia to enjoy the ‘Amunt Experience’ at Mestalla

Soccer Plus NZ Embarks on a Full Valencianista Experience

From New Zealand to Valencia to indulge in football – that was the essence of the Amunt Experience enjoyed by 20 players from Soccer Plus NZ. Over the past few weeks, they visited Valencia CF’s Ciutat Esportiva for a Training Experience, later culminating in an unforgettable matchday at Mestalla, watching a LaLiga game from the pitch.

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE IN Mestalla

“It’s been amazing,” said Oscar Wilson, a Soccer Plus NZ player. “The facilities are incredible and the experience has been overwhelming,” he shared with VCF Media while standing on the historic Mestalla turf, the oldest stadium in LaLiga, where they witnessed a Valencia CF victory.

Before this, they completed a comprehensive Training Experience to gain deeper insights into Valencia CF’s methodology, guided by coaches from the VCF Academy – ranked as the fourth-best in Europe for developing elite-level players, according to the CIES Football Observatory.

“It was a really good experience,” Saaliha noted. “The coaches, the players, and the whole environment were very different – like a higher level compared to what we have in New Zealand,” she said.

“There’s much more feedback here from the coaches, lots of tips, and many aspects pointed out to help you improve, along with a broader playing style,” Oscar Wilson concluded.

8 CONSECUTIVE SEASONS

A passion for football that knows no distance or borders continues to grow in countries like New Zealand. In fact, this marks the eighth visit by Soccer Plus to Valencia CF’s Ciutat Esportiva.

VCF ACADEMY PROGRAMS

Training Experiences like the one carried out by Soccer Plus NZ, technical consultancy, international partnerships, VCF Soccer Camps, and the global network of VCF Academies are all part of the VCF Academy Programs. These initiatives help spread the Valencia CF brand and its symbolic colors worldwide.
