Pepelu: "We're going to keep working and keep fighting"

THE WEALTH OF CHANCES
“I was looking at the stats, at what we created today, and we had chances from set pieces, on the counter, and right in front of goal. It's another week where the team struggled to score at home, and we get punished very easily for it. We understand the situation, which is difficult, but we're going to keep working and fighting because we're very strong as a team and nobody's going to take us off this path.”
THE FIRST HALF OF THE SEASON
“We’ve finished the first half of the season and we know it’s been bad in terms of points for what Valencia CF represent. However, starting today, we must reach a turning point and look ahead, work better than we have been, remain convinced of our approach, and not stray from that path, because this is what must keep us moving forward.”
THE MAXIMUM LEVEL OF DEMAND
“We know that Valencia CF are a demanding club, as it should be, and a lot should be demanded from us because we can’t be in the situation we’re in. However, as a group, we are very strong, very united, and convinced of the approach we’re taking. We know we haven't been getting the points we want, but we can’t get sidetracked, and we have to work harder to get many more points in the second half of the season.”
