Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario held a new international event in Prague to promote the appeal of Spain’s Mediterranean coast, its lifestyle, and investment opportunities linked to residential tourism. The initiative, organized in collaboration with LaLiga, brought together dozens of attendees, including clients, collaborators, tourism-sector professionals, and investors from across Europe.

Under the name ‘Spanish Lifestyle & Real Estate Opportunities’, the event enabled Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario to strengthen their international positioning in one of the company’s strategic markets. TM presented its value proposition as a company specializing in the construction and development of homes on the Mediterranean coast and in the Caribbean, as well as projects connected to residential, hotel, and holiday tourism.
