Yarek ranked in the ‘Top 10’ of best U-21 Center-Backs with the most aerial duels won in Europe's TOP 8 leagues

Valencia CF defender Yarek Gasiorowski has made it into the ‘Top 10’ among U-21 center-backs with the highest number of aerial duels won across the top eight European leagues.

According to the latest report from the CIES Football Observatory, using data from Wyscout, Yarek averages 1.85 aerial duels won per 90 minutes. This specialized analysis includes players who have played at least 360 minutes in their respective domestic competitions.

The ‘Top 10’ ranking includes: Luka Vuskovic (1st place with 2.93), Juanma Herzog (2nd with 2.44), Emmanuel Kakou (3rd with 2.39), Pietro Comuzzo (4th with 2.36), Anrie Chase (5th with 2.31), Dean Huijsen (6th with 2.29), Luca Marianucci (7th with 2.16), Pau Cubarsí (8th with 2.12), Yarek Gasiorowski (9th with 1.85), and Jéremy Jacquet (10th with 1.81).
