Cristhian Mosquera, César Tárrega, Javi Guerra and Diego López kick off the U21 EURO with Spain
Spain begin their campaign this Wednesday at 18:00 against Slovakia
Valencia CF are well represented in Spain’s U21 national team for the 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, which takes place in Slovakia from Wednesday 11 June to Friday 28 June.
Cristhian Mosquera (2004), César Tárrega (2002), Javi Guerra (2003) and Diego López (2002) are all part of the squad and ready to compete in one of the most prestigious youth tournaments in international football. All four Valencia CF players were in the starting XI — with Javi Guerra wearing the captain’s armband — in the final warm-up match against Ukraine.
Spain have been drawn into Group A, alongside Italy, Romania and hosts Slovakia.
