Castillejo: "I'm very happy with this final test"

The winger reacts to the win in the Trofeo Naranja

After the victory achieved by Valencia CF in the Trofeo Naranja against Atalanta BC, Samu Castillejo spoke in the mixed zone about the performance.

Good work and good play

I'm very happy with how we worked and the football we showed. We had a team in front of us that played very well. I'm very happy with this final test.

Debuting for Valencia CF at Mestalla

I felt very good. It is a stadium for which I have a special affinity. It was the first stadium I played at as a professional.

A good example

We set out today's game as an example because of the football we played. We wanted to play out from the back and be decisive up front.

Thinking about LaLiga

After today's game, we all have a very good feeling. The fans supported us a lot and we hope that next week it will be the same and we can take the three points.
