Valencia CF Goes Eight Games Unbeaten
A positive run of form marked by the ‘Mestalla factor’ and the team’s great effort and hard work
VCF Mestalla's Marco Camus and Ali Fadal made their first appearances with Valencia CF in the Copa del Rey win against Arosa SC.
Camus joined the VCF Academy last August with the aim of reinforcing the VCF Mestalla attack, after his time at Racing de Santander. His impressive performances have led him to become one of the cornerstones of the team coached by Miguel Ángel Angulo, scoring 5 goals this season in Group III of the Segunda RFEF.
Ghanaian midfielder Fadal joined the VCF Academy in June 2022, from the Soccer Institute at Motverde Academy (Florida, USA) to strengthen the VCF Juvenil A midfield. This season is his first with VCF Mestalla player
Their effort and work on a daily basis have not gone unnoticed by Rubén Baraja, who made them the 114th and 115th players, respectively, to debut with the first team from VCF Mestalla since the Ciutat Deportiva was inaugurated in 1992.
