Over 9,000 km to live a unique experience together with Valencia CF

A group of players and coaches from the Tianjin Football Association (China) decided to undertake a long journey to live a unique experience at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna and watch the Valencia CF derby at de Mestalla.

During their stay, they had the opportunity to take the VCF Academy Values Tour in which they were immersed in the philosophy of the Valencia CF Academy, learned about the Identity that is worked on every day at the VCF Academy and got to know the VCF Academy methodology by training at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna facilities alongside VCF Academy professionals: Natalia García, VCF Femenino B coach, and Cristian Castells, VCF Alevín B assistant coach.

"We came with a boys' and girls' team to experience training at the VCF Academy and it has been a very rewarding time," said Shunyang Xue.

For these players, it is something unique to be able to train in the place where the dreams of the more than 442 players of the VCF Academy originate. "Training at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna is a very interesting and professional experience," said Yang Yinuo, a player from the Tianjin Football Association.

Mestalla also played host to these young footballers. The Tianjin Football Association was present at the derby between Valencia CF and Villarreal CF at the centenary Valencianista stadium. "It was the first time we were in this great stadium and we are very happy to have been able to visit it," adds Xue.

"The atmosphere at the Camp de Mestalla is very good. The pre-match atmosphere is spectacular," says Tianjin FA player Wei Donghao.

The VCF Soccer Academies that the VCF Academy has in strategic markets in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia are part of the VCF Soccer Academy Programs that help to expand the Valencia CF brand and what its colours symbolise around the world. This Internationalisation Strategy has been a finalist in the World Football Summit Awards 2022.

The Valencia CF Soccer Camps, Training Camps, football clinics, the VCF Soccer Academy and the Sports Consultancy services are just some examples of this great project.
