TICKET REFUND INFORMATION ABOUT VALENCIA CF vs. ATALANTA BC

Regarding the UEFA Champions League game to be held on Tuesday at Mestalla: Valencia CF, after receiving official confirmation in writing from the Conselleria de Sabitat Universal y Salut Pública health authority of the Generalitat Valenciana, as well as from UEFA, that the match should be played behind closed doors -in agreement with the Ministry Of Health's recommendations for the prevention of contagion of COVID-19, wish to inform fans of the return procedure for tickets bought online and at ticket offices.

Online purchases: For all tickets bought through the website www.valenciacf.com, the club will return the amount paid in an estimated period of 7-10 days.

Ticket offices: Those who purchased their tickets at Mestalla must go to the ticket office between March 11th-31st (except matchdays) in normal opening hours. It will be essential to present the ticket purchased and a DNI card.
