Former Valencia CF coach Jack Greenwell enters English National Football Museum Hall of Fame
The coach from 1933-1935 won a Copa Regional and took the club to their first Copa final
Valencia CF president Anil Murthy accompanied Javi Gracia at his presentation on Tuesday, and gave a short speech to introduce the new coach:
“After signing all of the documents to make official Javi Gracia's appointment as new Valencia CF coach for the next two seasons -and hopefully for much longer still- we present him to you through VCF Media, so that our fans and the media can have an opportunity to get to know him."
"Javi is a coach of well-deserved prestige, who understands the project of rebuilding a strong team, combining experienced players with young players, with hunger and the utmost identification with the team. I think that he is professional, brave and capable of providing the opportunity to integrate these young players."
"We have spoken with many coaches. We have taken into account the opinions of the Sports Management department. Between us all, we have chosen Javi Gracia as coach, due to his experience, his knowledge of LaLiga, his humility, his ambition and his concept of consensus -of working as a team."
